The primary reason for the results not to be coming accurate is that the lens is not calibrated correctly.
To calibrate the lens accurately, place the lens above the camera and select the option "Calibrate Center" before capturing the point. Fit the Red Circle to the lens circle and then select "Close" to continue capturing the point.
